Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is well-located for restaurants and food outlets, but the room wasn't ready on arrival even though we arrived after 4. The bathroom had terribly dirty grout/mould, which was a letdown. Despite that, the neighborhood is quiet and safe.
The hotel is a mixed bag: comfortable and clean rooms, but with a terrible bathroom marred by dirty grout and mold. Surprisingly devoid of unpleasant odors despite its age. Service is a hit-or-miss, with helpful staff when needed but lacking farewell niceties. The location is a great selling point, with easy access to various attractions and dining options. Dining offers decent options but falls short of being exceptional.
The hotel is good overall for the price and the 3-star rating. The rooms were awesome for a family of 4 but noisy due to chirping birds and loud music. The service is really friendly and helpful, although check-in took a while. The location is very convenient if traveling by car, but there were some problems for us. The attached restaurant was fine, and the facilities were good.
The hotel has a nice location but needs some upgrades. The rooms need renovations, and the pool was too crowded with noisy kids. There was a slight unpleasant odor in the room, although it remained odor-free compared to the rest of the hotel.
The hotel is in a good location near Old Quebec City, offering plenty of sitting areas to enjoy. The rooms are average but need renovation, and the pool was too loud and inaccessible due to many screaming kids. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, though lacked farewell wishes. The dining was good, but not included. The facilities are well-maintained, but the swimming pool could be noisy at times.
